The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the bus stop for the National Park. the staff was incredibly helpful in organizing hikes and even helped me get a refund from a bus company. the room was comfortable and clean, with a peaceful garden view. the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
The Wi-Fi in my room was a bit slow and didn't reach all the way, but it wasn't a big issue as I was too busy hiking and enjoying nature.

The owners were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to organizing hikes to the national park. They even went above and beyond to help me get a refund from a bus company after I had a bad experience. The peaceful setting of the hotel was also a major highlight, with beautiful gardens filled with birds like parrots and hummingbirds. It was such a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
One downside of the hotel was that the Wi-Fi didn't reach my room and was quite slow. However, this wasn't a major issue for me as I was too busy hiking and enjoying the national park to be bothered by it.

The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options to choose from. the location was very convenient, as there were buses available for public transport. the best part of the stay was the helpfulness of the staff who provided us with recommendations on travel plans, and they were very accommodating with the breakfast schedule, so we were on time for our early bus.
The surrounding town didn't offer much as a tourist destination, and it was not advisable to walk to the nearby restaurants at night due to the lack of lighting. A car would have been necessary for dinner options in the next town.

I had a fantastic stay in Itatiaia! The hotel's location close to the bus stop for the National Park made it really convenient for me to explore. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Vanessa, who went out of her way to accommodate my early breakfast and assist with my travel plans. The cleanliness of the rooms and the tranquil garden setting were also major highlights.
